O Lago - Covilhã

The park is a beautiful place to spend an afternoon with your family, and the restaurant is well placed in the middle of the park, next to a public swimming pool with artificial waves. So the place could not be better. Unfortunately, the food is merely average, neither the meat or the bacalhau dishes were worth noticing.

My meat dish wasn't good, and I left half of it. A different meat dish was, and the fish was good too. Appetizers and soup were fine too. Wine was excellent. An okey service, but the room was very dark. Was expecting more for the price.

Winter dinner and quite an hungry family; The staff was very kind and settled us in a nice table with heater on. The food is great and I expected to have some leftovers but.... nothing, everyone eated like crazy
