I went there at last minute of closing time and they still let me in and served the ice cream. The staffs are very friendly and kind. Fantastic customer service provided by cashier and ice cream maker. Thank you guys. I would highly recommend this place. I would love to go again.

The ice cream was delicious! I chose my favorite, sweet cream ice cream with roasted chopped almonds on a chocolate dipped sprinkled waffle cone. The store however, needs to work on cleaning up better, especially the two ceiling fans which are covered with accumulated dust and lint. Thank goodness they were off, otherwise this may be flying/ landing onto ice cream, waffle cones, etc. Take pride in your store and.clean it up!

I stopped by here on a whim to grab some ice cream with my family. The service was outstanding, the store was spotless, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. With the hot temperatures ahead, I'll definitely be returning soon. Thank you to the Cold Stone staff—keep up the great work!

For those who are lactose intolerant, they now offer Chocolate Silk almond ice cream! It's as delicious as everything else on their menu!
