Home Town Buffet - Covina

It has always been a place where we used to go with our family. It always feels like it the place is home. The food tastes great and is varied from meats, desserts and salads, the service people are attentive and the price is right. I like that they decorate their indoors depending on the holiday. It really depends on area you go to, to see how they arrange themselves and cleanliness. I recommend it to anyone that wants to have a good time and taste great American cuisine, mainly tourists

Was cheap had good manager. Like the ice cream my nephew went crazy on it. My favorite was the mashed potatoes and gravy and the roast. The corn was cooked perfect they actually had a wide selection of food. Was surprised.

Really great place to eat. There's a wide variety of food, desserts and drinks. Very friendly staff and quick seating.

Great customer service. The employees were on top of clearing our used dishes and napkins and never let them pile up at our table. Food offerings were fresh or promptly replaced. We visited at about 7pm on a weeknight. Only thing was the floors were really sticky, I'm guessing because of the made-to-order cotton candy (that stuff can be kinda messy). Kids loved the dessert bar and frozen yogurt.

I've been coming here since I was a child. They have had changes in staff but the manager is always consistent. She's sweet and attentive and makes the environment comfortable. And she is so good with faces and recognized I hadn't been coming in as often as before. I hope this place doesn't get shut down. I'd truly miss her.
