The service was excellent, but it can get quite crowded. I highly recommend trying the Mango Dragonfruit!

I hadn't enjoyed a Starbucks coffee in quite some time, so I decided to stop at this unfamiliar drive-thru location. The cashier was exceptionally friendly and pleasant. My order was prepared accurately, and I was pleased to find the place clean and efficient. Although I was the third car in line, I didn't have to wait long. I was really impressed by my server's hospitality.

We recently visited your Covina location (Badillo/Azusa) for some treats, and one of your male employees was absolutely fantastic. His customer service was top-notch—100%! Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he definitely deserves to be acknowledged for his exceptional service.

The coffee here is great, but the sandwiches are quite bland. I tried the Turkey pesto sandwich and found it disappointing. From now on, I'll be sticking with their coffee and Lemon Loaf.

This Starbucks is quite good, featuring a unique setup with no indoor seating—only an outdoor area. You’ll need to order at a window or go through the drive-thru. Service is generally fast, though getting there can be a bit tricky at times.
