Arby's - Covington

I hadn’t visited in years, and now I understand why! Our food was cold and worse than ever! I tried to give them another chance, but I definitely won’t be returning!

The staff was courteous and quick. I ordered the double beef burger, and it was absolutely delicious. I was particularly impressed to see a team member assist an elderly woman in carrying her order to her truck. It's great to know that customer service in the fast food industry is still alive and well!

L'Oreal truly deserves recognition and a raise, Arby's! She is incredibly charming and represents your company wonderfully! (We’re not locals and don’t know her personally.) We saw an elderly woman with her little boy who clearly visits often, as L'Oreal not only greeted them warmly but also remembered their favorite items! That’s impressive! She took the time to engage with the customer and was so kind throughout the entire experience. She served us and two other customers quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining a great sense of humor. She absolutely deserves a shout-out! The food was up to par and hearty, as always. Overall, this location exemplifies excellent service!

The manager was fantastic and helped me get my free sandwich by downloading the app. The food was excellent as well!
