Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Covington

The cashier was nice it was a girl the other 2 gentleman had very bad attitudes and the food was horrible will not be returning!!!!!

Service here was pretty bad. Waited in line, staff didn’t ask for my order I didn’t know you’re supposed to order at the front. Got to the register and was asked to get back in line. The owner is nice, but the people under him really do not want to be there

The cashier was happy and friendly. The other employee seemed to be mad at the entire world. The food was good, hot, pretty quick but brisket was very fatty. The women's restroom was filthy. See pictures attached. Wish I'd seen the fifth before putting the food in my mouth. Very disappointed to see this anywhere but in a restaurant, just wow.

Surprisingly decent quick-serve BBQ. Despite being a chain, the food here is often genuinely good. The shop has a fairly established staff that is always friendly and often seems to remember us, or at least pretends to and that's good enough for me. The meats are just the slightest bit dry but I think that might be on purpose, for soaking up the sauce. Sweet sauce is super good. Creamed spinach is flavorful and rich. Being from Texas, I didn't expect great bbq from here. In that way, Dickey's meets my expectations. The food is very “just ok.” What really gets me is that I ran a profit-share event here, where for a few hours one evening, for anyone who came and mentioned our group, we were told we would get a split of the profits from that sale.
