Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant has really changed and not for the better. They used to genuinely care about their customers, but that seems to have disappeared. Recently, they messed up my order and instead of offering a refund, they claimed they would send me a gift card, which made no sense. I've dined here one or two times a week with numerous friends and family, so I feel they could have simply handed me a gift card during my next visit. However, I never received it, and now they are ignoring me as if my business no longer matters to them. The staff has a poor attitude and a questionable approach to running a business. I would never treat a customer the way they treated me, but it seems they don’t care anymore. It’s disappointing to lose a customer for good, especially when I brought in so much business.
