Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Called in an order cause the website wasn’t working and asked if they would accept the coupon in store. Got to the store and the two employees refused to apply the coupon or acknowledge that I literally just spoke to them (yes I called the correct store) employees were super rude and laughed at me and my wife as we were upset we were told they would take the coupon and then pretended that we just made it up. I’ve been going to this papa Murphys since there was a Hollywood video attached over 15 years ago and this will be my last time going. It one thing to be rude but then to be rude and then be laughed at for being upset hurts. I hope papa Murphy can train their employee and shift leaders better. Also, the shift leader needs to take a shower it looks like you could squeeze the oil out of his hair and fry an egg with it.

So I ordered my free bday pizza online with the coupon.We go pick it up and it 's a cheese pizza...I tell him it 's suppose to be sausage and olive and he says the paper just says cheese. I ask if he can change it and he says no. But can charge me for the toppings. What the!!!So I said ok, ill pass. And he says ok ill cancel your order.

Best take n bake pizza you'll find. Order online and skip the wait.

The employees laughed and smiled as my 2 girls giggled and ran about. When I apologized they said it was OK they are kids. Our family's favorite spot to stop in at. Everyone was nice and quick with getting us in and outta there.
