Pj's Coffee - Covington

Really amazing, as always! There was an adorable little pumpkin tic-tac-toe game that me and my gang had a lot fun with, and the free water was awesome on a really hot day! My only complaint is that the cakeballs were a little over priced, but my overall experience was fantastic ??????????

Drinks were done correctly, always has friendly. Only suggest the guy working had a hair net for his hair even in a bun it seemed an unnecessary risk of hair getting in food and drinks. Other than that it's better than Starbucks which prices are fitting ridiculous. Please don't change too much everyone seems to be remodeling there whole system lately with kiosks to order from keep the personality and good prices.

The staff at this restaurant appeared to be quite young and seemed more focused on goofing around instead of serving customers efficiently. I waited 23 minutes for a granita, which should have been a quick pour since they are already pre-made. The young man who finally made my drink forgot about it behind the counter. When he noticed I was still waiting after 20 minutes, he started laughing and said, “Oops, yours is right here,” before handing it to me. I asked if it had been sitting there for a while, and he smiled sheepishly and said, “Um, yeah, my bad.” I don’t usually write reviews, but this was actually the second disappointing experience I’ve had with this group at this location. This is simply unacceptable.

I visited a PJ's for the first time, and I was impressed with the great service. The food and coffee were delicious. The restaurant had a cozy number of tables for a small crowd, along with some outdoor seating. They also sell merchandise. We tried a spinach and feta croissant and a veggie breakfast sandwich, both of which were quite filling.

I visited today and saw that there were 100 cars in line, so I decided to go inside instead. While I was there, I noticed an employee being shouted at by a customer over the long wait time (as if they could control the number of people wanting PJs all at once). Despite the situation, she handled it with professionalism and was incredibly nice to me. She even shared a trick to help me get rid of my hiccups! Great service and excellent coffee.
