Harlequin Bistro - Cowling

What a fabulous hidden gem in the heart of the village! The bistro has a fabulous range of gins and a regularly changing menu. Service was top notch and they book tables with enough time in between so it doesn't feel crowded or rushed. Had a couple of delicious courses and only wish I'd had room for a pudding!
