Subway - Cowpens

On Friday, April 8th, 2022, at 8:47 pm, I went to a sandwich shop to grab a quick sub. Unfortunately, they turned off the lights and locked the doors before their advertised closing time of 9 pm. There were still people inside, but it seemed like the staff had other priorities. The restaurant, located in Cowpens, should provide a disclaimer stating that they may close up to 15 minutes before the official closing time. This way, customers will not be disappointed if they arrive at closing time only to find the doors locked. If I had known about this policy, I would not have left a negative review.

I called to place an order and they still got it wrong. I was hoping for a better experience but the customer service was terrible - no greeting and it took 3 tries before they answered the phone. On top of that, they got my sandwich order wrong. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience at Subway.

The restaurant is consistently excellent, with friendly and attentive staff.

The workers here are so friendly and patient and eating is great?.Iol I must say the young girl and the type here should really teach the adult workers at hardee in cowpen’s a few maneuvering. So, take note of these workers hardees.

Kind employees and place seems to be getting an update can't wait to see the new look.
