Runza - Cozad

The food was delicious and the service was very friendly.

Very disappointed. Girl at window tonight was scrolling through her phone as I waited to be helped inside. Two younger fellas had got food and ice cream they came back in and asked for ranch. The lady said you didn't say you wanted any (they knew each other), she gave him 4 ranches (no charge). I asked if I could have a onion dip she said sorry I'll have to charge you for that. That's the one cause we charge for ? went on the runway website they charge for ranch. So we give free things to some and not for other. Not good business. She told the guy to go enjoy his freedom so I'm assuming maybe he works there. Regardless very disappointed. Next time I'll go to DQ or Pizza Hut.

They are always so nice and very helpful. Wonderful experience every time

I'm not a huge fan of the Runzas but the burger was top notch ?? ?? best Burger from a fast food restaurant.

Love my runzas and frings. Day early for tempature Tuesday, but won't be near on tomorrow.
