Irene's - Cozumel

We had a lovely dinner with music in the background. Our waiter, David was amazing and engaging and made our experience very fun. The food was equally amazing. I enjoyed my first Sezerac cocktail.

A.flawless evening! Our waiter, Hunter, provided the perfect level of service throughout the meal. It was one member of party's birthday and he handled a surprise song and dessert with candle graciously. Our table had the special watermelon salad, turtle soup, oso bucco, fish amandine, cheesecakes and tiramisu. All rated 10 of 10. And the restaurant honored I request to be in the front room, which is a long time favorite. We are locals and Irene's is a true gem in the French Quarter.

Your tastebuds are in for a treat! Definitely, try the pasta. Husband had lamb chops. I had filet with pasta as a side. Chef, you should add my dish to the menu!! Thank you Brandon aka Sugarbear and Kelly for excellent service. We're coming back to see you, and to try the meatballs! Also, thanks for the birthday bread pudding. Five Star!

My husband and I went on a date and ate at Irene's before a concert at the Smoothie King Area. We allowed 2 hours for a leisurely dining experience. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed our cocktails, shared three appetizers fried soft shell crab almondine, mussels in a light broth, and escargot with mushrooms )because they all sounded so amazing, the entrees were roasted duck and lamb chops, then coffee. It was all very good. Giovanni took good care of us and timed the delivery of our food perfectly. We will be returning!

We were a table of two celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday. Luckily, Demetrius was our waiter. We had a grand dining experience! Thank you for the amazing food, outstanding service, warm atmosphere, and an overall “smile on my face” time! Irene's is a special place.
