The portion size and amount of beef in the special pho were great. The pho broth wasn't to my taste but decent nonetheless. You must get the spring rolls with the strawberries- a very unexpected delight! Service was friendly and the place is clean.

Upon our eagerly anticipated return to Lily's cafe, we were excited to introduce my family to the experience for the first time. However, our visit didn't live up to our expectations. We were greeted with an exaggerated, insincere welcome, which set an odd tone for the evening. The summer rolls we ordered were disappointingly tough and not at all fresh, unlike our previous experiences with the dish. On the bright side, the dumplings were a delicious highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the jasmine unsweet tea was not prepared to our liking it was either too dark for jasmine tea or served at the incorrect temperature. Additionally, we were surprised to find that the Pho broth, although delicious, was not accompanied by cilantro as expected. When we inquired about this with our server, an older lady, she flatly denied our request for cilantro, leaving us all taken aback. This unexpected turn of events definitely affected the atmosphere at our table. We felt compelled to hurriedly finish our meal and left feeling disappointed, with no intention of returning to the cafe in the future.
