Desperate to visit next year as my father was Landlord about 65 years ago and your car park was my pony paddock!!!! Hopefully see you in 2024.

Stayed here on a one nighter for our anniversary. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We spent a few hours in the open fired guest lounge before taking our table for evening dinner. The food and wine was superb, the service friendly and professional, with recommendations and help with any dietary needs. Breakfast again was a fantastic, delicious meal, chosen from a wide and varied menu of options. A thoroughly enjoyable break, made so by our hosts.

Stopped by for a Sunday roast as we were passing, not planned but a real little gem, glad we did. Quite expensive but turned out worth it, you get what you pay for. One of the best roasts I've had out. Lovely little beer garden to the rear with loads of home grown veg and herbs growing. Plenty of parking and friendly service to boot. Service: 5
