Contribuisci feedbackI decided to call the McDonald’s location. Here’s how the conversation went: Me: "Hello, McDonald's Rushmere. I received my delivery, and one drink is missing." MD: "There's nothing we can do about that; it’s an Uber Eats issue." Me: "But I ordered through the McDonald's app, not Uber Eats. So it’s not your responsibility?" MD: "All our orders go through Uber Eats; we don’t have our own drivers. You’ll need to either come to the store for the milkshake or contact Uber Eats." Me: "So I paid for delivery, and now I have to drive to the store to get the rest of my order?" MD: "Yes." At that point, I hung up. It may have just been a milkshake, but it's hard to explain to a ten-year-old that she can't have her milkshake while her brother enjoys his drink. Thanks, McDonald’s, for making my daughter’s "I’m loving it" meal feel less like the treat she had been looking forward to.
I will never order from here again! I spent over £24 on delivery through Uber Eats, and the driver only brought the drinks. I refused to accept the incomplete order. When I contacted the restaurant, I spoke to a manager who didn't apologize and hung up when I requested a new order. I didn't want to pay again and then have to wait for a refund while still being out of pocket.
Food is fine, staff are great, ordering app never works, always in and around the 20 min mark going through drive throughs, 2 laness filtering into 1 seems to not be working. Inside looks chaos so invariably orders are wrong at least 1 in 5 times I 've ordered. Preference to the delivery system which also causes queues when ordering in restaurant. Oh and it 's not just this specific branch, it is them all that I have tried recently. Looks like it 's the system as opposed to one particular restaurant or the people working in them. Changes required in the ordering systems as well as how the orders are put together. Definitely not 'fast food '.
I don’t really leave reviews (good or bad) but this was needed. Craigavon’s McDonald’s has been the go to over Lurgan’s and Portadown’s but the quality has really decreased lately. I received my wrap like this a few times already and it’s completely unacceptable to even serve that. All the fillings are basically at the bottom of the carton. Please improve your quality.
The customer service at this restaurant is nonexistent. The staff is rude and lacks basic knowledge about their jobs. The food quality is poor; the chips were undercooked and served cold. I observed employees handling food without gloves right in front of customers, as if that was acceptable—it’s clear they are not trained in food safety. I witnessed the manager doing this and then serving the same food to customers. They consistently get orders wrong. It seems as though too many inexperienced young people are being promoted to managerial positions, which is quite disappointing.
