I would just like to say a massive thank you to the staff at Cramlington Sainsbury’s Petrol Garage this morning. I went to get some water for the staff in the breast screening trailer as we had forgotten to bring some between us and it’s not advised to drink the water from the tank. I was kindly informed that they only had small bottles so I bought a couple and mentioned that we could have a cuppa before screening started. Later on in the day we received a 4 pack of large water bottles which were gratefully received and much appreciated. Just wanted to say thanks as I was busy at the time the gentleman came. Xx
Would like to thank the staff (I only got toms name not the 2 ladies) at cramlington Sainsbury’s garage in Monday lunch time I made the dreaded mistake of putting petrol in instead of diesel, the staff were lovely and very helpful and even made us a cup of tea as we had to wait 2 hours and had my elderly grandma with me in the car. Thank you again xxxxx
Cramlington Sainsbury's has no disinfectant for trolleys or hands when I asked the lady why this is she said because all that people touch the disinfectant and this is causing the problem what a load of rubbish surely once you put the disinfectant onto your hands your hands are clean again. She said we do clean the trolleys now and again, I would've rather disinfected my trolley immediately and when I put my put my trolley back another lady took it away so if I had coronavirus she would now have it. Nobody was cleaning the trolleys when I was there hundreds of people were touching trolleys and baskets with no method of cleaning them. ALL other shop I've been to supplies disinfectant and hand cleaner surely Sainsbury's should offer, obviously not thinking of their customers well-being but of costs
Paid for £5 worth diesel, never dispensed it causing me to break down. Customer care were utterly useless and said there's nothing they can do. I'll re-fuel elsewhere in future Avoid these cunts
