Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Cranberry

Our favorite place. hubby's head rib came out cold. we hate to complain, but we talked to the manager and he brought a whole new dinner. so nice to go to a place that interests it.

There during lunch on Friday. place is very loud. our service was incredibly slow - I think we were there 45 minutes before they took our order. appetizers and eating came out immediately. eating is always really good.

We typically love firebirds, but on this special evening (1/18/23) the service was particularly slow. we expected a waiting period, as the place (as usual) was filled, so we ordered a few martinis, so we could relax while we waited for our food. both drinks were made wrong despite our specifications. I took mine despite my order slightly dirty, although he was extra dirty, but the drink of my man was also dirty, although he was ordered regularly. it was so salty that he had to send it back because he doesn't like a dirty martinis. When my suppe finally arrived, the tortilla strips were mixed with the luke warm chicken tortilla suppe (typically they sit on the top), resulting in a muddy chaos. the burger my mannes, ordered medium fountain, rarely came out. because of the long waiting period we originally had, he decided to order himself a suppe instead of waiting for an ersatzburger, since I was almost halfway through my meal before a server came back to check us. once again his bowl of chicken tortilla soup had mixed the tortilla strips into the suppe. the manager came out and offered to remove the fee for the soup of my manne and offered us a free dessert. we have a carrot cake to go, and I have to say it was delicious. overall, it was a disappointing night in view of the number of errors we met. we hope our next visit will be better.

Our waiter was exceptional .. great customer service from him he was attentive to all our needs. suppe was completely too salty took a two tee spoonful full, none of us have eaten more. blt was in order roasted brot tasted as if it was on the grill fried /fish was in order. we were there several times and had better meal times. they need to change their menus and add new elements.

Nice meal for a special birthday and service was great!
