Kfc - Cranberry Township

While usually good tasting and I like their they are crazy slow. Expect a 10-15 min wait.

So my boyfriend and I went to get KFC because we really wanted it. The first thing that is said to us when we walk in is what do you want in my head I 'm thinking well that was a rude greeting. We go to place our order and we are being rushed, I was starting to get very impatient. Wanda which was the woman taking our order asked if we wanted any dipping sauce, I said I would like extra ranch please and she goes I can only give you two if you want more walmart is right there I just say thank you and walk away. She had also asked us if we would like our order to go or for here, I said to go. we go to wait for our order and she says did you guys want it to go I said yes then she rudely goes to the kitchen and says now they want it to go . We got our food and everything was right but the customer service was very rude and unprofessional. This took place at the KFC in walmart in cranberry.

Was advertised as being open till 10:30, however was closed at 10 on 9-1-2023.

KFC inside Walmart. Idk who that woman was taking everyone’s order but she was completely ignorant with everyone there. The food is fine

Never write reviews but they surprised me. Guy who rang me out was super helpful and nice. Food came fast too but more cared for the customer service
