Wendy's - Cranberry Township

I had an amazing experience with the service! The staff was very shorthanded, with only two people working, but the gentleman at the Drive-Thru window was outstanding! He was incredibly friendly, even though it was clear he was stressed and working hard. I wish I could remember his name. I'll definitely be coming back!

You get my order right every time, and I got 5 people getting things 5 different ways. They are always polite, food is always fresh.

The service was excellent! Each time I visit, the staff is friendly. The food is served quickly and is consistently fresh, even during busy times. I truly appreciate the hard work of the employees here! The dining area is also nice and clean.

I placed my order and the process went smoothly, but I do have one complaint. The girl who handed me my order seemed a bit indifferent—she didn’t smile and just handed it to me without any warmth. I really wish I had chosen to go to Chick-fil-A instead.
