Dunkin' - Cranford

The worst service I have had at any Dunkin Donuts by far. And i go to Dunkin every day. Everytime i stop at this one location there is always a mess up with my order. On this particular day my drink was not right. I asked for a refund and sadly theemployee gave it out of his own pocket because a manager left them with no knowledge of how to operate a refund from theregister. After so i get home to find the food incorrect. So i go back in for a swap out and they just throw away what waswrong. I notice this when i get back to the car. Now having to go in a 3rd time for something so simple i am worked up. Andwhat happens, the employee has the nerve to argue with me when they are the ones who messed up the order. Multiple times! I donot recommend this location. There is much better and not even a mile away. Needless to say they have lost my business at thislocation.

The first time I came in I went straight to Ashley and told her I hated the taste coffee but pulled an all nighter. When I tell you she got my addicted?? I will deadass drive 20 mins to just order every Tuesday and Thursday with her. ????

Very professional atmosphere. All of the employees are very friendly and have your food ready very quickly. They all wish you a good day. All of the food is prepared the right way. I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts !!

Pretty rough service most times I go in there. The folks that work there are nice but they regularly ignore the line of people waiting to order for extended periods of time and focus on doing things behind the counter instead for some reason. I'd ratherdrive 5 extra mins to go to another location that has better service.

Quick service and very clean it was a pleasure to come and sit down to eat. The food was hot and very I would go there again. Also the food was good and the coffee was very hot a lasted a while. I also ordered a glaze donut ????.
