Au Relais Fleuri - Crans-Montana

We went to this establishment with the gourmet passport and we had a lot of hope because it appeared in our favorites. However, we quickly settled down when we arrived. The arrival was cold and on my return from the amenities I discovered a sign installed on the table without any explanation which reminded us of the instructions and directives of the gourmet passport. This procedure and manner are by far the welcome we were hoping for. We remind you that the choice of a restaurateur to appear in the passport is his free will and is not to be attributed to the customer. If abuse occurs, it only needs to be reported to the customers concerned and not to the majority, even in the event of bad past experiences. In addition, it is up to the restaurateur to put in place possible measures to counter abuse such as a discovery menu like other professionals do while being in the gourmet passport. The food was good but this experience will not make us come back and taste other dishes from this establishment. It's a shame.

Wundervolle Lage. Gutes Essen, Gastfreundschaft und Wärme! Junge, freundliche und äußerst hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Ein Muss für jeden Urlaub. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Das Restaurant war einfach fantastisch. Es war super lecker und die Atmosphäre war sehr gemütlich. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Extrem laut auch in der Nacht überhaupt keine Erholung. Zum Glück nur eine Nacht.
