Hôtel et Spa Etrier - Crans-Montana

We spent four days in this hotel. Our group consisted of eight adults and we would all agree that the hotel and ESPECIALLY the food exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us with anything we asked for. They also have a very nice spa. We were very taken back by the food. We did not expect the fine cuisine we experienced. Every meal was exquisitely prepared and presented.

Not recommended for children but otherwise very good food and service. Not my favourite restaurant in Crans-Montana however, but that may be because I'm a teenager.

Nous avions réservé pour 20 personnes (pas évident) et avons été reçu royalement. Apéritif au coin du feu dans le salon puis dîner autour d'une belle et longue table. Le service fut excellent, extrêmement attentif, aimable et souriant.Nous avions choisi la fondue chinoise au bœuf pour tout le monde et à l'unanimité, ce fut une des meilleures que nous avons jamais manger.Un grand merci au chef qui a changer nos entrées à la dernière minute et à notre demande mais toujours avec le sourire. Ce fut une soirée mémorable.Merci à toute l'équipe.

This is a very popular restaurant at the top end of Verbier which seems to attract a crowd and any time of day. We were there during August when it might be a little quieter although the Horse Jumping International and the Bikefest were taking place the same week. Whether you sit inside or out it has a great feel. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the pizzas were some of the best we have ever tasted.
