A cellar bar in the centre of Crans. Down a few steps and 2 plastic swing doors will take you directly into the smoking area! So you have to go through a Haze stinking cigarette and hash smoke before you even get to the bar. Badly illuminated with wooden flooring,(lighter to clean the mess? . visited by adolescents without class or manner. Sure.

We thought we had a drink here on our first day in Crans Montana. We had a Schor and a beer. It was nice to watch the world and get a feeling for the city. At night this place came alive, especially when the golf... was up. Celebratory drink after engagement was perfect.

We have been in Crans on a prolonged weekend and are happy to announce that Monk’is is the best bar in town. A good music-mix, loads of happy people, good drinks. In addition, compared to the other bars in the area this one is well...frequented all evening and night. So if you don’t want to wait until 3am to start your weekend: this bar is the place to go.

The Monk’is has been the “place” for years and remains as cool year after year! Great music, atmosphere, cocktails and great team!!
