Blend Cafe - Cranston

I am truly amazed by this restaurant! It truly offers authentic Cambodian cuisine, just like you would find in Cambodia or a traditional Cambodian home. The flavors at this restaurant in Cranston are outstanding. The service was excellent, the ambiance was warm, and the staff were friendly. We tried the Pad Thai, which was incredibly delicious with a well-prepared peanut sauce and flavorful noodles. The tamarind salmon fillet was also fantastic and tasted just like a homemade dish. The menu offers a variety of real Cambodian comfort food, including a must-try traditional soup. We were even treated to a complimentary Num yah soup, which had a delicate and delicious sweet coconut broth with noodles and chicken. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit and thank you for opening such a great place. And just so you know, it's BYOB!

During our visit to Providence for a college tour, we stopped by this charming cafe to try something new. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with fantastic service. Our group of four decided to sample a variety of dishes from the menu, ordering four appetizers and four entrees. Each dish was incredibly fresh and delicious. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a regular here. We enjoyed a top-notch dining experience with beautifully presented dishes, excellent service, and incredible flavors, all at a surprisingly affordable price. If my son ends up attending college in Providence, I would certainly make frequent visits to this cafe for a meal.

The food at this restaurant is freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The service is outstanding, with incredibly helpful staff. I highly recommend trying the beef stew and crispy Khmer noodles - both are delightful. They offer a variety of Cambodian and Thai dishes that are sure to please. I urge everyone to visit and experience this wonderful establishment.

Excellent service very friendly . We shared the lot and my husband had spicy rice dish with chicken . I had the soup and it was delicious ! Def will go back there !

The tea was good, the service was exemplary, and the food was incredible! Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back and try more dishes!
