Brooklyn Brothers - Cranston

I recently moved to the area around Brooklyn Brothers Deli and have been driving by this place for the past two months. I noticed the crowds outside, but I never stopped in—until now. The hours can be tricky, but after chatting with Mike, I completely understand why. First off, let me say that the quality of the food here rivals that of high-end restaurants, which is surprising for a deli. Everything I've tried so far has been excellent. I had the "Brooklyn Steak" sandwich, and it’s fantastic! Move over, Philly; this is the new king of steak sandwiches. When I ordered it, I was asked if I knew how big it was. I said yes, though I didn't really know what to expect. But hey, go big or go home, right? A large sub is definitely the way to go here; you’ll get 2-3 meals out of it. The high-quality ingredients mean it tastes just as good hours later, even if you’re eating leftovers. What keeps me coming back, though, are the fries. They’re not your average fries; they’re hand-cut (not frozen like most sandwich places). Sure, it takes time to prepare them this way, but the quality and flavor are well worth the effort. And I haven't even mentioned the best part yet: these aren’t just regular fries cooked in oil and seasoned with salt. They offer several unique varieties! I tried the garlic-parmesan fries, and they were amazing. They have sweet options (a must-try if you love French toast) and even buffalo BBQ fries—the list goes on and on. You really need to check it out for yourself. This place is worth the trip, whether you’re coming from Johnston, Cranston, or Smithfield. It’s not just your typical mom-and-pop deli; it’s a fantastic spot for a delicious lunch or dinner that will leave you satisfied and already thinking about what to order next. I just ate here today, and it was hands down the best sandwich and burger I've had in the last 10 years. The owner is fantastic, and the food is amazing. I would rate this place a solid 10. Thank you, guys!

Love the steak and cheese subs, Chicken Parmesan sub with pink vodka sauce, Italian grinders, burgers, fries, all are amazing. Get the large and you have at least two meals!
