Dairy Queen - Cranston

I placed an order through the app but had to ask for our drinks, and the slushy machine wasn't working. There was no offer of a refund for the slush (which was an extra charge with a combo). When we drove away, we realized the fries were missing, and the grease from the onion rings had soaked through the bag, my pants, and my hands. The soda was flat, and the lettuce was almost nonexistent. The burgers were cold. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not waste your money at this restaurant.

Dropped rating. Not for the managers bare finger going in my ice cream on 9/16/22 approx 8:03 pm. Not for the utter confusion the manager caused for triple charging a customer. Oh no. It was purely for making up some nonsense of why my next blizzardwouldn't be free because he did not turn either of my blizzards upside down. This is real. He stated that he does not turn itupside down because it has whip cream on it. Which would have been ok, EXCEPT the person behind ordered the same exact thing. And guess what, upside down, just like the big sign I was standing in front of, said. It is for the dishonesty that thislocation gets 1 star. I am sure I will give DQ another chance for an updated review. Edit 10/22/22: Hey owner, why do youpost URLs that can't be copied on a mobile device? I gave this location another chance, today will be my last visit. If auseful URL can not be provided (no, I will not take extra steps so the owner can understand their own business) and serviceremains poor, there is no reason to visit. Perhaps one should try their own establishment.

I hardly ever have a negative experience at DQ. The burgers, chicken tenders, and Blizzards are my go-to treats. DQ deserves more recognition for its fast food service and quality.

This was the worst Dairy Queen experience I've ever had. I ordered the Flame Thrower burger and the patties tasted freezer burnt. They were reminiscent of a burger from 7-11. The bread was incredibly stale and difficult to bite into. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and had to throw the meal away as it was not up to the standard I usually expect from Dairy Queen.

You'd really not expect it, but the burgers here are really unbelievable! So fresh, the beef has an amazing taste (I frequently find that fast food beef is flavorless, not this beef! I was happily impressed, and I went a few times before deciding toreview. The starf is friendly, the establishment is never too busy. Definitely recommend trying more than just the ice cream!!!
