Had them for my wedding and truly have no complaints. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly. My husband and I were asked throughout the whole night if we wanted food saved or what we needed. All the guests raved about how good the food was. They were a pleasure to work with and always promptly responded during the planning process. I would recommend to anyone planning a wedding or needs catering services.

You can always count on Ralph to deliver exactly what you expect and more. The food quality and service is phenomenal. Whether dining at the Maria Di Prada or using their catering service, you can always count on top notch service.

Simply horrendous!! The appetizers tasted old, Dinner was cold, BLAH!! Asked the bar for cranberry juice and got Hawaiian Punch!! Took over 3 hours for all of the courses to be served. Finally, the coffee was brought out! Yes, you guessed it—COLD AND OLD!! We never got dessert. Told waitress my husband didn’t feel well and I asked her if we could get a couple of pastries to go, she refused! Paid $40 X 2!! An awful lot of money for high priced garbage and service that took well over 3 hours to complete!!
