Starbucks - Cranston

They would not honor a card I received out of state that says right on it valid at any Starbucks in the US card never expires and on the front it says Next one is on us..4 off your next order because the wait was 25 minutes in the drive thru, the girl gave it to me and I thought it was super thoughtful. Now, months later, I go and use it and this girl keeps telling me the card has a 0 balance. I am trying to explain to her that it is not a gift card and it was just a one time 4 dollars off and I don 't know how your supposed to process it but that shouldn 't my freaking problem anyways. Needless to say, the card is still in my wallet because she refused to comprehend the words that were coming out of my mouth.
