Taco Bell - Cranston

This is one of the better Taco Bells out there. While some locations can be disappointing, the service here was quite good, and the food met my expectations. I believe that the best way to ensure quality service at this or any Taco Bell is by going inside, as the drive-thru experience often leaves much to be desired, and I can't comment on that here. Inside this location was relatively clean, and they were quick in preparing my food.

I go threw the drive thru and never check my bag. I give the staff 5 stars always friendly and respectful. I always feel so bad cause every time in the drive thru there is someone giving them a hard time. They are alway in good spirits when I get to thewindow!

I ordered through the drive-thru and noticed there were no other cars in line and no customers inside. I requested Diablo sauce but received none in the bag, and there were also no napkins. I had to go inside to ask for them. When I got home, I found that every single taco shell was broken, and I ended up throwing away $20 worth of tacos. This isn’t my first bad experience at this Taco Bell, but it will definitely be my last. I won’t be returning! From now on, I will take my business to a Taco Bell that values customer service.

The young staff member at the drive-thru appeared to be mumbling in a way that was hard to understand, making it difficult to communicate at the window. He handed me my food without saying a word and closed the window. There was a noticeable lack of personality and customer service. I understand that working until 2 AM can be tough, but it's part of the job you agreed to, man.

Place is awful. Not one worked there takes pride in what they are doing. My favorite thing about this place is they have 4 ppl watch the one person working. I now drive by this location and go to the one on bald hill road. So I?d skip this location or beprepared for a long wait and sloppy and wrong orders.
