The Big Cheese Pub - Cranston

My husband and went for the first time yesterday for lunch. Walking in it looked very welcoming .We were seated right away and our server Kim came over to take our drink order and give us menus . We ordered meatballs for an appt. and minestrone soup. Kim came with our apps. and also a cup of chicken soup for us to try, that was very nice of her . Both soups very good, the meatballs with sauce were excellent . For our entrees I ordered a veggie pizza cooked crispy .My husband ordered eggplant parmigiana with ravioli and a side salad. Not sure how they get that pizza crispy with all the toppings on it but it was delicious ! The eggplant and ravioli was excellent . Love their sauce , there were enough raviolis for 2 people !!! Th side salad was big and their homemade house dressing was just the BEST !!!!! It’s so good that they sell it to go and you know we bought some ! As we were finishing up our meals we were texting our children, family and friends to say we found a gem !!!!! Can’t wait to come back again and again !!!!

We had a garden salad with a 14inch pizza, it was amazing, staff were very friendly, this may be my new favorite pizza place, can't wait to go back, awesome.....

We came with a large party to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We were greeted and sat quickly, yes we did make a reservation for the large group, and we were treated excellently by our waitress. The food was delicious and the crazy sticks were to die for! The air inside the restaurant was hot but they accommodated us by turning on the A/C. We always love going to the Big Cheese. Always a fun night!

This place is awesome, they did a wonderful thing today and helped out a grieving family. They wouldn't even take a tip, they put all into the donation box for the family. BTW way, they have a fantastic, caring staff that does a great job and the food was delicious. I will recommend this place to everyone I know in the Cranston area! It was my first time there, but I'll be back again because it's great food and great people!

Fantastic meeting spot for friends to gather!! Great food, atmosphere and service! The Big Cheese will be a regular meeting spot for us. Oh- great dressing AND you can buy sine for home!
