Rafferty's - Craughwell

Oh man the food here! Stop what you're doing! Do not take the M2 to Galway! Take the old highway and stop in Craughwell for amazing food and a pint at a pub that's been handed down from generation to generation! If you're really lucky you'll meet Rachel, this generations owner. But the food. My god the food! We got the roasted chicken, stuffing and ham and my goodness it was thanksgiving in my mouth!!!

What a fantastic find! After a fantastic day exploring the cliffs of Moher in the cold weather, the staff at Raftery's welcomed us warmly to sit by the fire and enjoy some delicious homemade soups and traditional Irish dishes. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was outstanding, clearly prepared with a lot of pride and attention to detail. I highly recommend visiting Rafterys Bar!

This restaurant is a fabulous place with a warm and cozy atmosphere, great food, and a delightful staff. There is plenty of parking out back and a fantastic gin menu, as well as every drink under the sun to choose from.

We had Confirmation last week got Raftery's to Cater for us, from the minute we rang booked date time etc, we found their service was exemplary, our guests were extremely happy with the food the way the food was laid out, we had Turkey Ham, Maltesers Cheesecake Profriteroles, no leftovers which is great. Thank you to Rachel all at Raftery's for all their good work help, definitely well worth a 5 Star rating.
