Big Dipper - Crawfordsville

The food was good, but I had a few issues. The burger was cold when I received it, and I was disappointed with the manager's introduction. I ordered three burgers and a large fries, but when I got home, there were no fries. They called me to say I had requested a larger Sprite, which they never actually provided. When I spoke to the manager, she was quite rude. She claimed to have repeated what I said back to me, and when I acknowledged it, there was no sympathy from her at all. It felt like they didn’t value their customers. To make matters worse, they offered to give me the Sprite if I drove back, which just added to my disappointment with local businesses like theirs.

Incredible milkshakes!

The ice cream is absolutely delicious!
