Taco Bell - Crawfordville

Food is always great, but staff could be a bit more responsive. We visit often and it seems they don't want to wait on you at the counter. They would rather you order off the machines....I hate those things. UPDATED REVIEW: Taco Bell is going to Keyosk ordering only soon...no personal service. The machines are slow and don't always work correctly. Not a good move for Taco Bell. We will not be eating there much anymore. Features: No practices noticed.

Can we please get away from the use of kiosks? It's ridiculous to have to take 10 mins to order while 5 employees watch you. Come on now!

The most disorganized taco bell we've ever eaten at. Five people in the back and not one person wants to take your order...they just look at you. You people don't understand that not all people wants to use the self checkout! This makes twice with horrible service..once through the drive when the idiot at the window just quit taking orders after we sat in the long line. Definitely won't be back! Food: 2
