Very good nice food tasty good nice qaulity great nice food good food very nice good food would go again.

Went there today 23/09/2023 left after 20 minutes because we sat down nobody welcomed us or gave us menus when they did with everyone else and my friend got told her nearly one year old couldn’t eat her lunch when I saw others feeding their toddlers lunch in there, the man was so rude. You need to teach your staff better customer service skills and on how to speak to people. Won’t be coming back!!!!!

Food was basic at best small portions not like in the menus. The children’s Play area was closed as broken, seems it’s been like this for a while now. Been before and was much better.

Service was rubbish, argued about was ordered when they got it wrong ... even when the receipt was presented to them showing their mistake. Every adult who parked in the car park and logged their details in the app subsequently got a parking notice. Admittedly they sorted this out when receipt and proof of being there was presented, but felt rather like a scam was being run where they just hope that people don't argue with the ticket and pay it ... which one of our group almost did !!!

Ice creams waffles were good but we went here with friends you had small children wanting to play in the soft play, nothing advises its now closed. All the play equipment is still there and kids are not allowed to use it which is really unfair, if its no longer available remove it and make it clear its closed. When we asked staff why, the reply was we don't know.
