Contribuisci feedbackOnce again, my order was incorrect at this restaurant. I always make sure to clearly communicate what I want, but this is the third time they have made a mistake. It is extremely frustrating, particularly when I am rushed, and the staff always seem inconvenienced when I point out the error. It is quite off-putting.
The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. The staff seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually making the coffee. Although the establishment is adequately staffed, the employees are incompetent and take a long time to fulfill orders. The wait time for a cup of coffee is unacceptably long, making it the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. A latte shouldn't take half an hour to make.
The restaurant is quite large and has a relaxed atmosphere, but service can be slow. It's unusual that the entrance door opens outward, and some customers seem to only use the restroom without making a purchase.
I have always felt that a trip to Starbucks was a treat but at this place in Crawley it was more of a sadness. I went there twice and in both cases the staff couldn´t handle the pressure of a few customers as my ice coffee drink was in both cases forgotten and I had to remind the staff both times. The quality of the pastry i felt had slighted a bit since post Covid but perhaps it was just that moment.
This is a lovely space with the usual delicious coffee... The staff are friendly and helpful... Even thanked me by my name when I returned our used mugs to the counter.. Best of all, our furry friend was allowed in!!
