Starbucks Gatwick South - Crawley

Ordered vegan spinat pea and falafel packaging, vegan breakfast sandwich, and soy cappuccino. everywhere in the airport was closed, but these were working three times. extremely fast, helpful and efficient. eating was the best I had in a day of travel. many seats everywhere. coffee was before place.

The Dieucks has an absolute gem in Nico. He is the most personable employee I’ve encountered in any establishment. All the customers feel welcome, and he has created a wonderful atmosphere in what can often be a mundane experience while waiting for coffee or a flight. Kudos to the management for having such a fantastic team member!

Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with the wonderful attendant at the South Terminal, Nico. He was incredibly energetic, excited, and absolutely hilarious! He got my flight pass processed in no time. As he cleaned the area where I was sitting, he engaged with me, showing great dedication to his work and making me feel very comfortable. He's a true professional and deserves recognition for his excellent service. Thank you, Nico! You'll be a fantastic asset to the team! Watch out, Joe!

That was my first Starbucks experience outside of the USA. The food is a bit different (they don't have ice-based hot dishes), but it was enjoyable. They serve pre-packaged sandwiches that they heat up for you. I tried a ham and cheese toastie, and I was pleased to pay with my app, even though the currency was different.
