Received another burnt and poorly sliced pizza. I order from domino's because they have gluten-free options for my dietary needs. It is always a toss-up at this location sometimes it's good but this time it was completely horrible. I'm tired of beingdisappointed by the quality control. I think retraining for the staff is needed asap.
Meh- thought I 'd give them another try after the last debacle. Tracker said my order was done. I went inside and my sandwiches were laying open on the counter to be prepped for boxes, but the person left them to get cold to help someone at the counter.She asked for my name, I told her and then pointed to my sandwiches. Those are mine, you know, the ones left open gettingcold. She told me she just took them out of the oven and then I replied, yeah, sure. Letting them lay open while you stop andhelp someone doesn 't keep them warm. How hard was it to put the tops on, cut them and box them up for the heat lamp? All ittakes is recognition of the new customer and finish up your task.
The best Dominos ever! The manager and staff go above and beyond. They have the best personalities and make coming here such a pleasure. I couldn?t say anything better about the experience and hospitality.
We ordered two pizzas and a order of wings. Received a text at 11:01pm saying your order is in the oven and will be ready in 8 to 10 mins. Get there the toppings are wrong on one pizza. Next the staff report the wings were burnt and stuck to the pan,quickly said we started another batch after the food was paid for. They finished the order then at 11:40 we ask what could bedone for a pizza that has full meat for a person that?s does not eat meat that said the stove was off and that that?s what theticket said. Manager I guess assumes that?s the proper way to handle things. Definitely need help with customer service andsatisfaction and trying to be appropriate.
