It seems to get worse every time I visit. I tend to take a break for about six weeks, then I return, only to find that the same issues are still present, along with a new one. The bathroom is poorly stocked, and the floor is always wet during my visits. In the dining area, I often have to clear my own table, which is understandable during busy hours like noon or 1 PM, but unacceptable at 2:30 PM. The drink station is dirty, and the floor in the dining room is frequently wet as well. I really hope someone addresses these problems so I can finally give this restaurant a deservedly higher rating.

Manager named Robert extremely unprofessional. I am a vegetarian and my order was prepared full of meat despite clear instructions not to put meat. I had to drive back to the location to address the issue and get my food replaced. I asked for the manager’s information and the guy wrote his name of my food paper bag. Also he was rude enough to suggest that it is customer’s responsibility to check the food not ours since we get a lot of orders. (The location was nearly empty with at least 7 employees working on the shift when I went). I will keep sharing my experience for this location. Employees have got better attitude than their manager.

Cashier was extremely unfriendly and asked to take the man behind me since I needed time to “know what I wanted”. She had been tapping her fingers on the register since I’d walked through the door/ if you’re having a bad day or ready to leave your shift, don’t show it. Walked right out
