Andouille s is a sausage filled with pork intestines, to me is not heavy at all since we Chinese eat pork intestines all the time. Quenelles is a fish cake type of food with a light taste. With a homemade yogurt as dessert, I really enjoy the experience.
Discovering tonight, I'm accompanying a group of colleagues in this cork that I don't know... put the group seems well known! Super service, smiling and funny staff (see photobomb !! The menu is simple put effective, the products are good and it is generously served... to remember! But resa obligatory if not half round, it is probably complete!
Friendly dining table typical of the Lyon caps. Wine cooking and the sweet salty combination of the honey beef cheek is succulent. just eat as you are. You'll be well received. The digestive will put you back on your feet.The atmosphere is well as at home.I recommend the
Authentic lyonnais cork. Flats at 20€, and moderately copied. Unfortunately there is a lot of waiting (up to 1 hour), but we are warned from the entrance...
