Franco's Ribs & Burgers - Cremorne

Had mixed feeling given the hit and miss reviews on TripAdvisor. The food IS good - between us we had the buffalo wings, ribs and a chicken skewer. Generous portions and all very tasty. The best I've ever had? Nope, but if you're in the area, give them a try. Odd decor and service was fine.

The owner and staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The hospitality was great and the signature ribs were beautiful. We will definitely be returning. This restaurant is still new, so don't be discouraged by any negative reviews. Give it a try and see for yourself.

I made a reservation for Saturday night at this restaurant. It wasn't very busy. The waitress took our order, but then forgot about it and had to retake it 10-15 minutes later. The food was not very good. The Pale Ale beer was flat and didn't taste right. Overall, I much prefer Ribs and Burgers in Neutral Bay.

It was a cold winters night so Ribs seemed like a good idea.... let's try Franco's! We'd heard about their Ribs.... firstly we were welcomed in by the owner who was friendly and attentive.He suggested the Bruscetta, which was really good. Then we had the 1/2 rack of Ribs that came within really addictive fries, then the marinated chicken and a generous serving of Greek salad.All in all, I can't fault the restaurant. The servings were generous and tasty, the red wine good and the atmosphere pleasant.This will definitely become one of my regulars.Thanks Franco!

Staff not very knowledgeable. Food below average. Owner more interested in socialising than customers. Place was empty.
