Mcdonald's - Crescent City

Some of the women who work here come off as quite snobby, which is surprising since they work at McDonald's. I would love to blast "HUMBLE." by Kendrick Lamar instead of just placing my order, but I don’t have the time for that. So to all the McDonald's employees who think they fit this description: take a moment to sit down and listen to Kendrick Lamar's "HUMBLE."

It was a disappointment. The signs indicated that they opened at 5 PM, so we arrived at 6 PM and went through the drive-thru. We were met with a recorded message, and no one came to take our order. After waiting for 5 minutes, we decided to drive around again—and even saw a staff member walk by our truck without acknowledging us. When we tried to enter the lobby, we found the door locked despite everything else looking open. The staff just stared at us without any assistance.

We waited at the pickup for 30 minutes, only to be told that our order had been delivered when it actually hadn't. We had to go inside and inquire about it ourselves. They assured us that they would start our order right away and asked us to wait in the car. It took an additional 5 to 10 minutes to get our food, and we ended up missing some straws and the sauces we wanted.

Don't go here, it's a frustrating experience. You have to ask the busy understaffed employees to unlock the restrooms. All ordering by kiosk now. More than an hour wait for my order, and then they forget utensiles...have to ask for utensils because they hide everything except straws behind the counter. Atmosphere like some cold dystopia.

After waiting for 30 minutes for a McNuggets combo, I asked the cashier how much time was left because I was in a hurry and she replied I already gave you your order I told her that maybe she was confused but that I hadn 't received anything, she practically called me a liar and told everyone in the kitchen that I wanted more free food, the whole thing was disrespectful. I understand that she could be confused but the way she treated me so rudely is not acceptable, she gave me the food in an angry manner and she never even said at least I 'm sorry . Terrible service.
