Subway - Crescent City

I couldn't have found a better sandwich place. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I always receive quick and dependable service with a smile. I appreciate that most employees remember my usual order, so I can simply go online and be asked if I want the same. In less than five minutes, I am enjoying a delicious 2 lb. ham and turkey sandwich.

I want to clarify that this Subway is located in the same parking lot as Dollar Tree, Y Liquor, and Pizza Hut. The bread was fresh and soft, the staff were friendly, and the sandwiches were reasonably priced, making it a great option for the whole family. I hope you have a great experience!

I agree with the comments made by others about this restaurant: the customer service is not the greatest. Last Friday afternoon, Crystal was impatient with my mother when she had questions (and is hard of hearing). I initially thought this was just her personality, until I saw her warmly greeting other customers in line. It seemed like Crystal did not care for us as customers. However, the food was good, and the restaurant appeared well-organized.

The best subway ever! The quality of the service really makes a difference. Ashley greeted us cordially and we had a rather complicated order that we are super picky with sandwiches... Nevertheless, she was very nice and cared for the production of our sandwiches. Even the way she wounded everything separately for us went the extra mile. Seriously, their service made this the best underground experience EVER.

I think I've ordered sandwiches in the subway for 25 years. Yeah, the sandwiches can get boring and they all seem to taste the same. But with some creativity on my part I'm not too boring with the result. The positives for me are the good food treatment and plumbing practices, fast and generally friendly service, consistent quality, calorie content and above all a reasonable price for a sandwich.
