Taco Bell - Crescent Springs

I went to Taco Bell and was told by the employee that they were out of all meats and it would take 15 minutes for a restock. Don’t you check your supplies first thing in the morning? This location really needs to consider closing down. I have a bad experience every time I visit. What a disappointment!

Twice now I?ve went through the drive thru late at night before work. Both times the food has tasted like cleaning chemicals. One bite and I had to spit it out and throw the rest away. I love Taco Bell, but I won?t be going to that one again. CrescentSprings KY

In my last three visits, my food has either been undercooked or excessively soggy. I used to enjoy dining at this location when it first opened, but the quality has declined since then. After today's experience, I’ve decided I will no longer return. Although I typically don’t leave reviews, I felt compelled to make an exception since this is the third time I've had to essentially toss out over $8 worth of food.

A complete disappointment. They inform you that certain items are unavailable just hours before closing time. The staff is consistently rude, and there's always something out of order or they're short-staffed. Yet, every time I drive by, I see several employees outside smoking. At this point, I can't give them the benefit of the doubt. This place truly embodies shamelessness.

Waited for 40 minutes at the speaker just to find out the employees were deciding to close the store at 8:30. I understand the food isn?t the best quality but the service somehow managed to be worse. EDIT: Other than this one occasion, this Taco Bell isactually amazing. They are always fast and everything is warm and fresh when you get it. Also sometimes they hook it up with afree drink! I take back what I said completely! Best and most consistent Taco Bell I?ve been too!!!
