Contribuisci feedbackI had a disappointing experience with Open Table. The restaurant I booked had gone out of business four months ago, and as a result, my evening was completely wasted. This was not a very professional situation.
The restaurant is closed, yet you continue to accept reservations.
At 8:10, I went back to the hostess and asked for a different waiter. Waiter #2 arrived soon after and inquired about what we wanted to order. When we asked about the specials, he mentioned Bronzini, Salmon, and Scallops but couldn't tell us how they were prepared. We then requested a white wine, providing him with the menu number. However, he started searching through the red wine rack instead. When we pointed out that our order was for white wine and it was likely in the refrigerator, he casually replied, "Thanks, that narrows it down for me." After that, we didn't see him again either. Frustrated, we decided to leave at 8:25. As we passed the hostess, she offered an apology, but honestly, she should have taken more initiative to ensure we were being served, especially since I had approached her twice about our lack of attention. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.
The orders were wrong~ the service was awful~ the food wasn’t worth it at all
Ridiculously expensive. Too many other places of comparable quality for more reasonable food and beverage prices. No interest in returning.
