Fox's Pizza Den - Cresson

Joe's wings are amazing! They’re hot, garlic-y, and covered in parmesan. They’re crispy without being overly saucy—just perfect! If you get the chance to order these wings when Joe is around, or his talented apprentice who goes by Mir, don’t hesitate—just place the order!

I ordered several dinners, but none of them came with the sauces or condiments they were supposed to have. I got a Stromboli that was dry and had hardly any cheese in it, and there was no sauce for it either. Everyone else at the table was disappointed with their meals as well. We've eaten at Fox's many times before, but this experience was the worst we've ever had. It was a waste of money, and the food was cold too.

I waited 50 minutes for my pizza, which was just sitting on the warming rack. When I asked about it, the staff member acted clueless and said, “Duh, it’s still warm.” In reality, the pizza was cold. Moreover, there’s no customer service phone number to call and voice complaints. Save yourself the trouble and go to Vito's or Dunny's instead.

We 've ordered regularly for years so we have a variety of delivery experiences from which to cull our opinion, not a single order. We live a few miles from the location and, on average, get our order in 20-30 minutes. When you order, you 're given a delivery window, which I 've found to be uniformly accurate. On the ONE occasion in TEN YEARS that they were running late, the restaurant called to say so and to give a new time window and apologize. The quality of the pizza does vary but is usually quite good (get extra cheese to ensure that . If it 's not good, it 's because it 's a bit overcooked IME The sandwiches tend to be a bit more disappointing (probably because they used to be exceptional many years ago but the sides (particularly the wings and the wedge fries, a.k.a. jojos are very good. We once received the wrong flavor of wings but given that that 's a small percentage of our total orders, it 's barely worth mentioning. The wings are messy and they 're always inside a container that 's inside a plastic bag so there 's no leaked sauce on your other items, you, or the driver. There are great pizza places in Cresson but this is the only one I know of that delivers, even in bad weather. The drivers are always friendly so if you have an issue, just say so, either to your driver or call the store, and IME the store always makes it right. We 've never eaten in-store and have rarely picked up so I can 't review those experiences.

This place took an hour to deliver our pizza and gave us the wrong order. They then took two more hours to deliver the correct pizza. When the pizza finally got here it was cold and did not taste good. Awful service. I am upset with the experience and want my money back.
