Domino's Pizza - Crestline

They completely ruined my food. It’s not warm. The tots I’ve never had before and was excited to give it a try.. soggy and cold. It looks like the driver threw the boxes in his car before delivering them.. it took you guys over an hour to deliver it and it’s not even of quality. Great way to ruin my Friday night!

Your delivery, driver walked straight into my home, noticed my dog and continued to just leave the food on the floor inside my apartment, not pleased at all. He didn’t even say anything while entering or when he realized he was in someone else’s house also got the completely wrong food.When we replaced our order through the phone and told him her stuff was wrong they told us they would get that fixed. We waited over an hour to receive our food when we are one minute away from the dominoes when we called domino’s we got told they had to contact their driver who said he was on his way. Like I said we are one minute away and they could not tell me when he left. Super unsatisfied

Ordered pizza today for our school. Called the order in first, so I could use my slice the price card. When I ordered the card they said you could order as many as you wanted. This is not the case. So, I ended up ordering online. Lunch is ready to be served but no pizzas. Checked my app, and they canceled my order!! No phone call. I tried to call the local store twice and it hangs up on you. So, I walked over to the store. One person working, no delivery driver and apparently, they have no working phones. Absolutely Ridiculous!!

Horrible!!!Food is nasty and they are 45 minutes late on delivery. My tots cause they were cold was like chewing on cardboard.

So we went to get our order and got home and they did not put hot sauce on our pizza and did not give us marinara sauce that we paid for. Go back to have them put hot sauce on the pizza they messed up on and get the marinara sauce and they have us pay again for the sauce that we have already paid for ?? do not recommend going back to them!
