Contribuisci feedbackI worked at arbys for years. I’ve even worked at this location before. I left for a reason. But my husband went here today. Rude lady at the speaker kept saying “that it, you done yet” When he said one second I have one more thing to order and if he could look at the menu but she didn’t have the patience for that clearly. He got to the window she told him to pull forward and slammed the window shut without even asking for sauces or anything. So now he’s pulled forward and has to ask the lady who ran out the food out for the sauces and make her run back in and back out to waste her time. It would all have been less of a hassle if they did their job at the window.
I usually eat here at weeks, but due to the inconsistency of the neighboring restaurants I decided to eat here today. the place is always clean with great service. great work for management and crew. never disappointed!
I had a bad service experience, but arbys made it with a nice letter, request for more information, a free meal of my choice. also the problem I had was fixed. I'm a fan again.
The food was ok. Ordered beef cheddars and was told they are out of the red sauce that goes on them. Ordered the prime rib cheese steak only to be told they have no onions or peppers to put on them. Ordered Dr. Pepper, they were out. Ordered shakes they were out. Would have been easier to ask what they did have!
The staff was confused when I forgot and needed to add more to my drive thru order. But that's okay. What was upsetting was the beef was very dry as if it was either kept cooking way too long or had no liquid to it. Was not pleasant.
