Mcdonald's - Crestview

Went here a couple of times and the service is lacking, IE often just waiting either to order, pay, or get my food. As well the food prices have gone up to a point where you might as well just go to a higher quality place or eat at home.4 dollars for a large fry is not worth it.

This is the worst McDonald's in town. Customer service is awful and waited 30 minutes for our order that was not correct. The patty was burnt and mangled up, the bun was hard and the cheese was dried up. Do not go to this McDonald's.

Food was normal, fresh and hot. Service was nonexistent. I didn't feel like using the kiosk, so I went to the counter to place my order. 5 employees looked at me at least a dozen times and shuffled off to do other things. I waited 11 minutes before one of them, literally sighed and came over as said. How can I help you? I said I would like to place my order? She said, OH, Okay let me find someone for you. I waited another 6 minutes before someone came over. I was the only customer in the building. Unbelievable.

I went thru drive thru and order a mccrispy fresh. And dealt with a RUDEEE manager who was mad over the request . Then i watched her spit in my drink. And slammed the window in my face so i went back around and asked for a new drink which she spit in again. So i told her shes being rude and unprofessional and then i asked for the corporate number and was told “I DONT KNOW IT” so i said “whats your name” and she said makinze . I just wanted some fresh food not a spit in drink

Most of the time my order is correct, it was wrong yesterday after lunch, but I spoke with a manager They said they will take care of me. This morning, however they got it correct. And my bacon, egg cheese biscuit is perfect!
