Pizza Hut - Crestview

Paid $30. and waited for over an hour to get a pizza with raw dough. I don't get pizza from anyone besides Pizza Hut and it's usually great. You really dropped the ball tonight guys.

This was the first time we visited this location and will never return. We ordered the lunch buffet for the entire family. When we walked in there was not a combined 1/4 of a pizza out. After waiting several minutes we asked a family who was there when we arrived if they had been waiting long for pizza. They said they got there 10 minutes before we did and it was pretty bare. Apparently there was one person making all of the items for the buffet. The restaurant was not clean and staff did not do any cleaning in the almost 2 hours we were there. Our table was the cleanest and came with a special friend. The girl at the counter had a look on her face of she would rather be any other place but there.

Disgusting pizza, hardly any cheese, no sauce, hardly any toppings. Very disappointed, ordered for my birthday. Will never visit this pizza hut ever again. Huge rip off.

What can I say... it’s just your typical Pizza Hut experience. The Personal Pan Pizza was freshly made and met my expectations for a lunch special. Just a heads up: the lunch special includes a bottled soda instead of a fountain drink.

I placed an online order and was able to arrive in under 2 minutes during dinner on Wednesday! The staff was really friendly.
